  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year (basic)
  • + uncapped commission – Target on total earnings (OTE) of £50,000
  • £250/month car allowance
  • Full business travel & expenses covered
  • £50/month phone allowance

What You'll Do

  • Out-and-about field sales: Engage households face-to-face in Barrow in Furness, advising customers on the right broadband solution for their needs.
  • Self-managed territory: Own your pipeline—call = conversation, conversation = opportunity. You’ll chase targets, surpass them, and adapt your approach as you go.
  • Build bridges: Hallway relationships at home and within the team, fostering collaboration and word-of-mouth sales.
  • Eager for development: Welcome feedback, continuously learn, and embrace trial-and-error strategies.
