Description

Field Sales Executive Location: Llanrumney, Wales Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) £250 a month car allowance Business travel paid

You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn.

The grass can be greener and commission, it’s uncapped! This isn't your average door-to-door sales role and we’re not your average broadband company.

What you will be doing:

You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on. You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers. You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too. You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
