Door to Door Sales Executive
Field Sales Executive Location: Durham, North East Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) Compensation: £25,000–£28,000 (OTE up to £50K with uncapped commission) Benefits include:
- £250/month car allowance

About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive at YouFibre, you’ll be the driving force behind getting fast, reliable broadband into homes in the Durham area.
Your Responsibilities
- Directly engage with residents via face-to-face sales to secure opt-ins for our ultrafast broadband (no mid-contract price hikes, ever).
- Self-manage your sales pipeline converting conversations into new customers.
- Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs, building both customer trust and strong local relationships.
- Embrace feedback, stay adaptable, and own your performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
