Door to Door Sales Executive
Door-to-Door Fundraiser – Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: £26.4k basic + bonuses (OTE: £47K, with many earning more)
Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 11am–7pm (flexible)
About the Role
Are you outgoing, confident, and passionate about making a difference? As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you’ll represent Dogs Trust, one of the UK’s most respected charities.
Each day, you’ll head to your chosen area, visiting 100–150 doors to connect with locals, inspire them to donate long-term (£10/month), and build trust through great conversations. Your ability to engage, overcome objections, and communicate our cause effectively will define your success.
Responsibilities
- Call on 100–150 doors daily in your assigned area
- Build relationships with residents to secure £10/month donation pledges
- Handle objections professionally and persuasively
- Represent Dogs Trust’s mission with enthusiasm and clarity
- Achieve and exceed fundraising targets

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and resilience in face-to-face roles
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Genuine passion for charitable causes
- (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience in door-to-door fundraising
- Full UK driving license and access to a personal car daily
