Door to Door Sales Executive

Door-to-Door Fundraiser – Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary: £26.4k basic + bonuses (OTE: £47K, with many earning more)

Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 11am–7pm (flexible)

About the Role

Are you outgoing, confident, and passionate about making a difference? As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you’ll represent Dogs Trust, one of the UK’s most respected charities.

Each day, you’ll head to your chosen area, visiting 100–150 doors to connect with locals, inspire them to donate long-term (£10/month), and build trust through great conversations. Your ability to engage, overcome objections, and communicate our cause effectively will define your success.

Responsibilities

  • Call on 100–150 doors daily in your assigned area
  • Build relationships with residents to secure £10/month donation pledges
  • Handle objections professionally and persuasively
  • Represent Dogs Trust’s mission with enthusiasm and clarity
  • Achieve and exceed fundraising targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
