Door to Door Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales Location: Lancaster, North West Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

  • Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time)
  • £250/month car allowance
  • Business travel paid

About the Role

Known for its confident and hungry candidates, this isn’t just any door-to-door sales role. You’re joining a fast, fair broadband provider leading the field.

You’ll be the face of our service, ensuring residents benefit from speeds and reliability they can trust. Your energy, ambition and drive to hit targets will propel you ahead—with an uncapped commission supporting your goal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door engagement: Chat with residents and help them upgrade their broadband.
  • Own your pipeline: Turn great interactions into closed sales, exceeding your targets every time.
  • Build relationships: Strengthen local trust and internal connections.
  • Self-motivated mindset: Take ownership, adapt quickly, and grow with constant feedback.

  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Sales experience (preferably face-to-face) and residential engagement skills.
  • Confidence in driving yourself: managing schedules, competing goals in the field.
  • Friendliness & persuasive charm: thrive in real conversations and winning approvals.
