Description

Field Sales Team Leader

Location: Birmingham South

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
£250 a month car allowance
Business travel paid

About the role:

In this key role as a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our field operations in the Birmingham area, guiding a team of energetic field sales execs. You’ll inspire, coach, and lead your team to smash targets, all while ensuring that our customers are receiving the best broadband and telecom products on the market.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead a team of door-to-door sales executives, bringing our innovative broadband and telecoms products to local communities
  • Be responsible for the delivery of your teams’ KPIs in line with business goals
  • Be hands-on in the field, providing real-time coaching and mentoring to help your team hit and exceed their goals
  • Train our trainees to become experts in sales, ensuring they help build brand awareness and drive our growth
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to drive success and improve performance in your region
  • Keep your team motivated, informed, and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience

About You:

We want someone who’s got the drive, the passion, and the skills to lead from the front.

You should have:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales experience)
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record in coaching and development, with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • A can-do attitude, a drive to succeed, and an unshakable work ethic
  • A passion for delivering excellence, with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
