Door Person

Duties and Responsibilities
As Door Person, I will support the Chief Concierge and assume responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate salutations.
- Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel.
- Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
- Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including entrance and report any defects.
- Monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity. Coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety.
- Manage crowd control during peak times or special events.
- Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Door Person, I have the required experience within a five-star hotel calibre and I am fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
All candidates must hold the right to work in the UK to be considered. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
