About the Job

Join the Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice as a .NET Developer, where you will help clients transform ideas into scalable business outcomes. Guided by our vision to Consult with Purpose. Continuously Evolve. Architect Tomorrow., you will contribute to the delivery of resilient, high-performing enterprise solutions within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. This role combines hands-on software engineering with active participation in solution design, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver value, uphold engineering excellence, and help shape future-ready digital capabilities, while embracing innovation, AI-enabled ways of working, and a culture of continuous learning.

Hybrid Working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

  • Perform hands-on development using the latest versions of .NET, C#, and frontend technologies including React and TypeScript.
  • Build full-stack solutions, integrating React/TypeScript user interfaces with .NET backend APIs.
  • Apply strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural patterns.
  • Contribute to the development of high-volume, high-availability enterprise-scale applications.
  • Work within Agile delivery methodologies, ideally with experience in SCRUM.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain database systems, with a strong understanding of relational database design.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), write robust unit tests, and support Continuous Integration pipelines.
  • Leverage CI/CD and automation tools to ensure high-quality, frequent releases.
  • Critically analyze system designs and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews focusing on maintainability, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of unit testing, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET.
  • Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and architecture.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL, database architecture, and relational database design.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit.
  • Understanding of cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong expertise with Git for version control.
