Fantastic Professional and Pet Friendly Houseshare in a great Pool location close to Heartlands - ALL BILLS INCLUDED ****
Room 5: Comfortable double room in a great location.
Your home, whether rented or owned, is a huge and important investment. We are honored to be landlords, and take pride in offering a high standard of accommodation across all of our shared houses, to the lovely people we always seem to be lucky enough to find as tenants. We care, and we wouldn’t offer property to the market that we would not be happy to live in ourselves. If your home matters to you as much as it matters to us, please consider getting in touch.
All rooms are fully furnished with quality, contemporary furniture, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, drawers, full length mirror and a wardrobe in each.
The house is a really lovely professional share (not a party house though!) and we look for tenants who will fit in well with a friendly group of people who are respectful of their home and each other.
A short walk from town, from supermarkets and pool industrial parks and a fantastic central location for bus routes and getting into Redruth and Camborne. This houseshare provides a fantastic - and all too unusual - chance to live in a professionally managed house.
The house is well kept, and it’s close to great bus and train routes, making it easy to get around Cornwall.
The property itself is a large house over two levels. The entrance lobby on the lower ground floor leads to the communal Kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as leading to the outside area which is set to be renovated and an enclosed garden created in the coming months.
What's more, the CLEANER is all INCLUSIVE in your rent, meaning that the communal areas are always beautifully kept, a huge advantage over so many house shares.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

I'm sure you've figured out by now what a great opportunity this is, but if not, here's a summary of why you will want to choose THIS houseshare:
- A frequent cleaner for shared areas, meaning no need for you to even think about cleaning rotas. Let us do all the hard work for you.

- A large home with clean, light communal areas; a world apart from the many cheaper options on the market...
- A refurbished property offered at a high decorative standard, furnished with good quality, attractive and contemporary furniture.
- A true home, and a really lovely environment to live in, alongside friendly, professional housemates.

- ALL bills included within your fixed monthly rent, so no nasty surprises lurking.
- A tenancy length which is set to suit YOUR needs, not ours.
- A landlord who genuinely cares about providing you with the best home and the best experience possible, and is at the other end of the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
