Dozer Operator (Sizewell C)Lynch Plant HireSizewell C Job Role • Operate dozers to carry out grading, levelling, pushing materials, backfilling, and general site preparation duties.• Assist with clearing and preparing work areas in line with project plans and supervisor instructions.• Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure the machine is safe and fully operational.• Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and other plant operators to ensure duties are completed efficiently.• Follow all site health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures while carrying out earthmoving tasks.• Manage the movement and spreading of soil, stone, and other materials while maintaining accurate levels and reducing waste.• Identify minor faults or operational issues and report maintenance requirements promptly.• Record daily machine checks and report completed work as required by site management. Qualifications • Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for Dozers Experience • Previous experience operating dozers on construction, earthworks, or civil engineering projects.• Good understanding of grading, levelling, and safe material handling on site.
