We’re now seeking skilled, proactive Patching, Lining & Robotic Cutting Drainage Operatives with proven experience in lining, patch repairs, robotic cutting or UV lining. If this sounds like your strengths, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
About the Role
Patching, Lining & Robotic Cutting Drainage Operative create and maintain efficient water, waste, and pipeline networks using our leading trenchless repair and replacement technologies, such as:
- Resin-based quotes
- Jetting and CCTV diagnostics
- Rehabilitation & relocation (CIPR and CIPP lifelines)
You’ll perform autonomous and crew-based operations across complex drainage systems, using UV curing repair kits for linear pipe treatments, ensuring resilience against cracking, ponding, or blockages.

- Lining installation: Execute epoxy resin and UV curing procedures on existing pipes, focusing on hospitality, oily site requiring mature and high durability features.
- Robotic & robotic-assisted cutting: Use specialists tools including side-cutting, slots and full replacement regimes.
- Conduct CCTV telematic diagnoses & point identification for repair validity.
- Square & latrinal shower detectors fieldwork:
- Align, test, and adjust insulation and mater works for leakage promptly.
- Record detailed reports to support project managers’ maintenance plans.
- Collaborate effectively as part of teams (or tasks that prioritise) safer regulations, particularly near live services (electrical/cable crossings).
- Transport equipment, materials, and personnel between committed job sites to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Technical Competencies
Must demonstrate practical experience in:
- CIPR or CIPP installation in pipe rehabilitation workflows
- Proven operational abilities in any of the following:
- Ambient resin attending and UV curing mediums
- Patched repair booster routines
- Robotic side-wall cutting techniques
- High-speed blaster reaming support technologies

- Detail-oriented: Minimum fault tolerance levels observed in fieldwork.
- Proactive problem-solver: Specialising in emergency shift solutions on site.
- Ability to operate independently and under minimal time pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible: Enhanced preference for overtime capacity (including weekends don and nights).
Legal Standards
- Full and valid UK driving licence (preferably under 3 points).
- Dedicated relate to health & safety (H&S) across operations.
