Job Title: Drainage CCTV Team Leader

Location: Swindon

Salary: To £38,844 depending on experience

OnSite is one of the UK’s leading providers of professional contracting services. With a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects and contracts across a broad spectrum of market sectors, OnSite consists of specialist operating areas – drainage, sewer rehabilitation, pipelines, civil engineering, specialist maintenance and rail services.

Are you an experienced drainage CCTV surveying professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a proactive, safety-focused Drainage CCTV Team Leader to join our operational team and help us deliver high-quality drainage services to our clients.

As a key member of our field operations, you’ll take ownership of preparing, delivering, and completing CCTV surveying works to industry standards. Leading by example, you will ensure safe working practices, guide your team on-site, and maintain excellent communication with clients and supervisors.

The Role

  • Prepare for each job by reviewing job packs, RAMS, and checking all equipment and vehicles.
  • Lead the crew on-site, carrying out drainage CCTV surveys and manhole inspections to industry standards.
  • Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality.
  • Keep accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation, ensuring data is returned promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, reporting progress or issues.
  • Ensure every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
