Job Description:
JET Flow UK is a growing plumbing and drainage contractor delivering reactive and planned maintenance services across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Drainage Engineers to join our friendly, professional team.
If you're a reliable engineer who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
We welcome applications from engineers based anywhere within the M25 or approximately 35 miles of it.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll carry out a variety of reactive and planned drainage works for our residential, commercial and housing association clients.
Your duties will include:
- Drain unblocking and clearance
- High-pressure water jetting
- Fault finding and diagnosing drainage issues
- Carrying out minor drainage repairs
- Reactive emergency call-outs
- Planned drainage maintenance
- Completing job reports using BigChange
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing JET Flow UK professionally
- Working safely and following company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, works well independently and takes pride in doing the job properly.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' drainage industry experience
- Experience with drain unblocking and drainage maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
- Experience fitting or repairing grease traps, grease guardians or similar systems (would be an advantage)
