Company Description Metro Rod Mid Lancs is a drainage services company based in Wigan. We provide reliable drainage solutions to both residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on delivering a fast, professional service and maintaining a strong reputation across the local area. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Drainage Engineer to join our team covering the Lancashire area. In this role, you will carry out drainage inspections, maintenance, and repairs. This includes clearing blockages, investigating drainage issues, and ensuring systems are working correctly. You will be responsible for: Attending jobs and diagnosing drainage problems Carrying out repairs and maintenance work Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Following environmental and safety regulations Providing good customer service on-site Requirements Experience working with drainage systems (preferred) Ability to identify and solve problems quickly Good attention to detail Basic understanding of health & safety practices A full UK driving licence Relevant experience or qualifications (e.g. drainage or civil engineering) are beneficial but not essential
