About The Role…
Working as a Team leader to deliver Patching, Lining & Cutting solutions to our valued clients, in both regulatory and non-regulatory Environments. The majority of works will be on our established frameworks with the country’s leading water companies.

You will work as a team member and being responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.
As a Drainage Patching Team Leader, you will…
- To manage Patching, Lining & Cutting works completed on site.
- To offer support so that all Ipsum site and reporting process’ are adhered to fully
- To be a role model for your team, passing on experience to further the development and skill set of operatives
- Work towards the compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
- Ensure Company policies are always adhered to.
- Ensure all site related incidents are reported.
- Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate.
- Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems.

About You…
- Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Drainage Industry
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Patching City and Guilds
- EUSR - Patching and Lining
- Experience of leading a patching team
- NRSWA Streetworks
- Confined space level 2 and above
