Are you a Drainage Engineer or similar, looking to take the next step in your career and advance into a more senior role for a specialist civil engineering firm in a team that specialises in drainage solutions and flood risk assessments offering the benefits of hybrid working, flexible working hours and generous bonuses?

Since their establishment in 2004 this company specialises in providing high-quality planning and engineering solutions for both public and private sector clients. Their work includes transport planning, flood risk management, drainage strategies, and infrastructure advice, with a strong focus on sustainable development.

In this role your duties as a Drainage Strategy Engineer will be to work on a variety of civil, structural, highway and drainage engineering projects. A knowledge of either MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage or Causeway Flow software will be necessary, and further software training will be provided to make you an expert across these.

This role would suit a Drainage Engineer, looking to take the next step in their career working for a reputable engineering consultancy who provide proven pathways of progression and continued training and development.

The Role

  • Hybrid working, three days in office
  • Produce and review design drawings and calculations for planning applications
  • Complete flood risk assessments and drainage strategies
  • Oversee the production of drainage designs, models, calculations and drawings
  • Monday to Friday, hours are based on a 37.5hr week
