Job Description

Envision Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a brand-new all-through specialist school in Richmond, South West London. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm, for the full academic year, with trial days taking place now for both immediate and September 2026 starts.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and interactive individual who is passionate about working with children and making learning engaging. This school is particularly interested in candidates who can bring an extra-curricular skill into the classroom, such as sports, drama, dance, music, art, performing arts, coaching, fitness, or any other hobby or talent that can enrich pupils' learning experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new, purpose-built specialist school from the very beginning and help create a positive, creative, and inclusive environment for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
