Job Title - Drinks Buggy Attendant

Location - Mill Green Golf Club

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Drinks Buggy Attendant to provide beverage service to golfers around the course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, delivering excellent service, and creating a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the golf course
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintain stock levels and restock the buggy as required
  • Ensure the buggy is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Report any issues or incidents to management promptly

Skills & Experience

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident handling money and payment systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (training can be provided)
