We're not your typical golf club — we're a charity-run venue with 500+ people through the gates on a busy day, and the drinks buggy is a proper highlight of the round for a lot of them.

We're looking for someone friendly, switched-on, and up for a laugh — someone who can drive around our stunning lakeside course, keep players topped up, and genuinely make their day a little better. If you like the outdoors, good chat, and don't mind the odd drizzle, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving the buggy safely around the course — yes, it's as good as it sounds Serving drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in line with licensing laws Being the best part of someone's round — friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people Handling payments accurately Keeping the buggy stocked, clean, and looking the part at all times Following health, safety, and hygiene standards — and flagging anything that needs attention

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
