We’re looking for a Drinks Dispense Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team in Scotland. Open to locations including Perth, Dundee, Inverness, or Aberdeen.

Your Purpose
As a Drinks Dispense Technician, you’ll:
- Install, service, and repair our high-quality beer dispense equipment, both independently and in collaboration with our teams.
- Work across diverse and exciting locations: pubs, clubs, award-winning restaurants, stadiums, and large-scale events—no day will be the same!
- Be a practical, logical problem-solver who thrives on learning and adaptability.
Although expert knowledge isn’t prerequired—you’ll receive an immersive two-week technical training course, followed by continued field support coverage of our leading UK brands.
Every technician is responsible for managing their own travel routes, equipment orders/returns, and vehicle stock. You’ll also:
- Conduct surveys for installations
- Maintain all our dispense and cooling systems
- Provide advisory support, training and assistance to our customers

About You

- Live within Scotland – your assigned location will be one of Perth, Dundee, Inverness or Aberdeen
- Must hold a valid driving licence (essential for all travel to worksites)
- Familiarity with modern technology devices ( telephone, smartphones, tablets and mobile applications)
- Team-oriented mindset (we welcome collaboration above individual work)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship ability and problem-solving focus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to manage constructive yet challenging discussions professionally
