Your Purpose: Serving with Difference
- Install, maintain & repair commercial beer-dispensing equipment across diverse venues: pubs, hotels, stadiums, events…
- Every task is unique – collaborations with colleagues & clients build strong relationships..
- Logical, hands-on problem solver (no need for prior technical expertise).
- Guided by a two-week immersive training programme, then supported in the field with local expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Operations
- Arrange travel routes, service visits & job assignments
- Manage equipment stock, deliveries & financial accountability (repairs, spare parts)
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys & measure equipment requirements
- Perform maintenance, repairs, installations of:
- Dispense solutions
- Cooling systems
- Refrigeration units

What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for practical, collaborative team players who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
Essential Experience & Qualities

Live within Scotland (Not mandatory for relocation – at quotes office will make.

Current / valid UK/EU driving licence with reasonable access off-road, residential, and occasional off-highway

Technology-savvy
- Must be skilled/confident using:
- Smartphone apps: scheduling/driver safety/technical tools
- Tablets: notes/ forms/ equipment inventories.

Display a ‘can-do’ mindset

- Quick to adapt if customers & equipment change on the fly.

Customer service is second nature – balancing professionalism with approachability at events and venues.
