The Role: Your Purpose
As a Drinks Dispense Technician, you’ll join our Customer Technical Services team, installing, maintaining, and repairing beer dispensing equipment across a variety of locations, including:
- Pubs & clubs
- High-end restaurants
- Stadia
- Large-scale events
Every day brings a new challenge—no routine here!
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations:
- Install, maintain, and repair beer dispense and cooling systems
- Conduct surveys for new installations
- Manage itineraries, vehicle stock, and equipment logistics independently
- Transport, prepare, and return equipment

Customer Support & Training:
- Advise, instruct, and train customers on correct equipment usage
- Collaborate with venues to troubleshoot issues and maintain seamless operations
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Health & Safety:
- Follow Molson Coors’ industry-leading safety protocols
- Complete safety training and ensure adherence to standards both in the field and for customers’ benefit

Logistical Excellence:
- Plan efficient routes for daily travels
- Order, deliver, and return equipment with full accountability
About You: Unlocking Potential
Desired traits include but aren’t limited to:
- Full UK driving licence (working in Preston)
- Comfort with modern technology (smartphones, tablets, apps)
- Practical problem-solving mindset, with a learn-as-you-go attitude
- Customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills
