Drinks Dispense Technician – Customer Technical Services (London)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Drinks Dispense Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team in London. This is a hands-on role where you’ll install, maintain, and repair beer dispense and cooling equipment across a variety of venues, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, stadiums, and large-scale events.
Each day brings a new challenge—no two journeys are the same! In this role, you’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our award-winning brands reach customers smoothly and efficiently.
As a technical representative, you’ll:
- Install, repair, and service beer dispense and cooling equipment with precision.
- Survey and prepare installation sites for new systems.
- Train stakeholders (customers, staff, and team members) on proper equipment use and maintenance.
- ** Arrange travel routes**, manage inventory, and restock vehicle supplies independently.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
There’s no expectation that you’re an expert starting out—after two weeks of immersive technical training (plus ongoing field support), you’ll be equipped with the skills and tools to excel in this dynamic field.

Your Purpose

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently using analytical problem-solving.

- Travel daily across London (vehicles provided—London congestion charge exempt; fuel/parking covered).
