About the Role

We are seeking a Drinks Dispense Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team.

Each day is unique—installing, maintaining and repairing our beer dispense equipment in premier locations like pubs, clubs, restaurants, stadiums and large-scale events.

Technicians are responsible for:

  • Arranging their own service routes
  • Conducting installations, maintenance and repairs
  • Surveying equipment requirements
  • Managing vehicle stock and logistics
  • Providing customer training on dispense systems
  • Advising and training customers where needed

Diverse problem-solving is at the heart of the role. Technical expertise isn’t assumed—you’ll undergo intensive two-week training, followed by ongoing support to deliver exceptional British and international beer brands.

Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

  • Challenge our standard installation & repair processes in pubs, stadiums & large venues.
  • Technicians can work individually or in team modules.
  • Address all breakdowns—from temperature calibration to full equipment replacement.

Field Support & Sourcing

  • Routinely visit customers for project reviews, service checks and re-orders.
  • Diagnose dispense unit (manifold, thermo-module, key-pad etc.) for faults.

Sales & Training

  • Core job functions use customer segmentation based on steel rates.
  • Assure correct usage of equipment while minimizing energy cost and ensuring a smooth dispense.

Financial & Logistical Accountability

  • Operate efficiently across routes—high priority logistics to keep absolute schedules.
  • Effectively collaborate with ordering, dispatching & service management.

Candidate Profile

Must Haves

  • Driving licence (Company vehicle with private use)

  • Independent worker with strong personal responsibility – no asking for handholding!

  • Onsite without mobile internet? That’s fine! We provide laptops & structured tech.

  • 3 Prior Service significant advantage.

Core Skills

  • Analytical & fix-oriented: Handling complex technical equipment effortlessly while remaining safety-minded.
  • Actionoriented: Undervalue are “will do” and overmotivate technical challenges.
  • Explicit Communication: With internal and external audiences.
  • Multilevel management insight is ok but consistency at excelling customer interactions is vital.
