About the Role
Job Title: Driver (3.5-ton Flatbed Van) Location: Southampton Hours: Mon–Fri | 07:30–17:00 (42 hours weekly) Salary: £29,572 per annum, pro rata

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a 3.5-ton flatbed van to deliver hire equipment across Southampton
- Ensure timely, efficient, and safe deliveries while upholding our code of conduct
- Maintain a strong customer focus, reflecting our vision, mission, and ESG strategy
- Participate in workplace sustainability efforts (relative to your role)
- Work independently but collaboratively within the business team

What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements
✔ A full, valid UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points) ✔ Experience driving 3.5-ton vehicles within the UK ✔ Knowledge of the local Southampton area for navigation and route optimisation ✔ Excellent customer service skills and a people-focused mindset
