HGV Driver/Loader – Northampton
Location: Northampton Salary: £33,262.37/year Hours: 0630–1600 | 45 hours per week

You’ll play a vital role across one of the largest growing fleets in the UK, helping communities reduce waste and improve environmental care through day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring compliance with highway codes
- Operating a class 2 HGV (pressurised sewage tanker)
- Conducting regular checks on systems, vehicles, tools, and machinery
- Loading and collecting waste materials in line with company standards
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Class 2 HGV licence (inclusive of County 1)
- Strong time management skills to handle shifts efficiently
- Experience working effectively in a team environment
- Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
