HGV Driver/Loader – Northampton

Location: Northampton Salary: £33,262.37/year Hours: 0630–1600 | 45 hours per week

You’ll play a vital role across one of the largest growing fleets in the UK, helping communities reduce waste and improve environmental care through day-to-day operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring compliance with highway codes
  • Operating a class 2 HGV (pressurised sewage tanker)
  • Conducting regular checks on systems, vehicles, tools, and machinery
  • Loading and collecting waste materials in line with company standards

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

  • Class 2 HGV licence (inclusive of County 1)
  • Strong time management skills to handle shifts efficiently
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment
  • Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
  • Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
