We are now looking for a Driver to support the day-to-day running of our village and help ensure our residents and their visitors are transported safely and efficiently. As a Driver, you will transport residents and their visitors safely and comfortably, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. You will take pride in providing excellent customer service, supporting the smooth operation of the village, and helping residents feel valued and cared for.

The Role
- Transporting residents and their guests safely and comfortably, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintaining vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition, reporting any defects or damage promptly
- Completing vehicle log sheets accurately daily
- Providing excellent customer service, creating a positive and welcoming experience for residents and guests
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks around the village as required to support smooth operations

Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Driver, ideally in a residential, hospitality, or care setting
- Holds a full UK driving license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach and a strong focus on customer service
