Essential Duties:
- Greeting all visitors to Wynn Mayfair, embodying our Forbes 5 Star service at all times and anticipating customer needs and requirements
- Coordinating car jobs in consultation with reception and marketing teams
- Maintaining cars, parking payments, and customer essentials
- Providing a warm, personalised greeting to all guests
- Overseeing and managing the entry of guests in accordance with internal policies
- Maintaining a high level of personal grooming and uniform standards. Ensuring the entrance area is clean, organised, and representative of a luxury environment at all times
