NAPA Auto Parts Delivery Driver
About the Role
NAPA Auto Parts, founded in 1925 and globally distributed via Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) in the UK, today operates one of the world’s largest networks of motor factor subsidiaries—over 275 in the UK alone. With 6,000+ locations spanning the US, Canada, Australia, Belgium, and the UK, the brand delivers quality automotive parts while championing motorsport success.
As a Delivery Driver within this dynamic organisation, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining seamless logistics across predetermined routes. This includes ensuring timely deliveries, reviewing orders before transport, and providing exceptional service—not only to customers but also to AAG’s internal team.
Responsibilities
Every delivery is characterised by precision and professionalism. Key tasks include:

Pre-delivery operations
- Pack, load, and secure products onto vans in compliance with company specifications
- Verify and review client orders prior to departure

On-the-route & customer-facing duties
- Deliver goods to internal customers on assigned routes
- Maintain real-time communication with your route dispatcher
- Unload goods accurately and efficiently as per client specifications
- Collect delivery confirmations from recipients to validate completion
- Conduct quick quality checks with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Exceptional customer service: Resolve any queries or issues promptly and courteously

- Operate vehicles adhering to all legal, company, and health & safety protocols
- Report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
