Driver Cat C – Baldonnell- Dublin
Days: Mon- Fri, 39 per week
Hours: 07.00-19.00 or 19.00-07.00, 4 on 4 off
Are you an experienced driver who enjoys being part of a busy operation and working as part of a close-knit team? We are looking for a Driver / Warehouse Operative to support a key customer operation in Leixlip.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will spend time on the road completing deliveries while also supporting warehouse activities, helping to keep goods moving safely and efficiently. Your contribution will play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our customer and maintaining the high standards expected within a security-sensitive environment.
What will you be doing?
- Operating a 20ft rigid vehicle to complete multiple daily deliveries to a customer site in Leixlip
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational and safety procedures
- Supporting warehouse operations when not driving
- Assisting with the movement, handling, and preparation of goods for delivery
- Following strict security requirements when accessing customer locations
- Representing DSV professionally at all times when interacting with customers and stakeholders
- Maintaining a high level of attention and concentration within a security-conscious environment
- Completing delivery-related administration and updating delivery records accurately
- Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure daily operational targets are met
- Following all company compliance, security, and health & safety procedures
- Reporting any hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
- Wearing and using the required PPE, including safety boots, high-visibility clothing, and a hard hat where required
- Supporting safety audits and operational improvement activities
- Carrying out other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

About You
You are someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys working as part of a team, and understands the importance of reliability in a customer-focused operation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A full valid C Class Driving Licence
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts throughout the week
Experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport, or distribution environment would be highly advantageous. A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management would also be beneficial.
