Pay and Working Hours:

£15.50 per hour

Our field teams work 44 hours a week, spread across 4 days between Monday and Saturday. The 12 – hour shifts can be busy, but the good news is that every three weeks you’ll enjoy 5-days off thanks to our rota system. From time to time, there may also be opportunities to pick up extra hours during peak periods.

What does this role include:

You will build the skills needed to install our products to a high standard, with full support along the way.

Initially, you will spend time at our dedicated training centre in Ipswich, working closely with our service skills trainer to learn how to safely and effectively:

  • Install washing machines and plumbed appliances
  • Connect electric cooking products
  • Fit integrated and built-in machines
  • Wall mount televisions

Other duties include:

  • Driving company vehicles, delivering and installing domestic electrical products for sales and rental customers.
  • Undertaking and completing training programs
  • Lifting and carrying heavy and bulky items like washing machines, fridge freezers and TVs is a core part of the role.
  • Offering great service so that our customers feel valued and assured in the decisions they’ve made, and the service we supply.
  • Promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Striving to meet personal and team targets that ensure our customers are getting the best experience possible.
  • Working on the move from customer to customer can bring variety to your day.
