Role: HGV Driver (ADR Licence Required) – Middlesbrough
About the Role
We're recruiting experienced HGV drivers with a current ADR licence to become part of our Transport team in Middlesbrough. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of chemicals and ingredients across the Univar Solutions Network, critical for maintaining the health, safety, and hygiene of our communities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive Category C and Category C+E vehicles, including 26t and 44t rigids and articulates
- Deliver goods safely to customers, including packed products and low-pressure discharges of liquid products
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients at their sites
- Adhere strictly to safety processes, procedures, and legislation
- Monitor and prioritise customer feedback, escalating concerns where required
- Operate safely in line with company and highway regulations

Key Requirements
- UK resident with the right to work in the UK (proof required as part of offer process)
- Hold a current ADR licence and Driver CPC
- Dedication to high standards of safety, reliability, and customer service
- Comfortable using iPhone and mobile apps for job-related tasks
- Aptitude for ongoing development and career progression within Univar
Compensation & Support
- Annual Base Salary: £34,375.37 (+ quarterly performance bonus)
