Driver Pay Manager
About HIVED
At HIVED, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups, focused on transforming the logistics and parcel delivery industry through a 100% electric fleet. Based in London, we build a sustainable, tech-driven delivery network designed to meet the demands of modern consumers—disrupting an industry long plagued by unreliable service.
Powered by innovation, our tech-centric team (including ex-Revolut, Bain, ASOS, Apple, and Google talent) uses data-driven precision to enhance delivery experiences for both retail partners (e.g., John Lewis, Nespresso, H&M, Uniqlo) and end-customers.
Supported by leading climate-tech and logistics investors (Planet A Ventures, Maersk Growth, Pale Blue Dot VC, etc.), we’re redefining delivery with clarity, efficiency, and sustainability. Our core values guide us:
😊 We Are Kind – Fair, honest, and compassionate, 🤝 We Are Tenacious – Relentless in meeting promises, 💡 We Are Curious – Always seeking improvement, 🌍 We Are Resourceful – Combatting waste, maximising impact.
Role Overview
As Driver Pay Manager, you’ll oversee HIVED’s financial relationship with its driver fleet—balancing precision, trust, and transparency. This senior, analytical role ensures fair and accurate pay while optimising incentives and resolving discrepancies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
