Polestar Handover Specialist / Driver – Stockport (Volvo)
Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)

The Role
We’re seeking a confident, customer-focused Polestar Handover Specialist / Driver to join our team. As the face of the brand, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering händever experiences that leave customers informed, supported, and excited about their new electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles to customers with professionalism and care
- Provide clear, engaging händevers, covering key features and essential EV knowledge
- Support customers with app setup, charging guidance, and vehicle controls
- Maintain high vehicle presentation standards and complete basic vehicle checks
- Assist with fleet movements, logistics, and collection tasks

About You
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to confidently present product features in a simple, engaging, and friendly way
- A full and valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- A passion for EVs and modern automotive technology
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
