£12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are recruiting for a Driver / Production Operative on behalf of a growing company based in South Woodham Ferrers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is looking for someone reliable, hard-working and keen to develop into a long-term role.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between making local deliveries and supporting the production team, with full training provided from day one.

Driver / Production Operative Duties Will Include
- Carrying out local deliveries
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Assisting with production and factory duties
- Heavy lifting as part of the role
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Following health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A full UK driving licence
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Good levels of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
- The willingness to learn and develop within the business
- Previous production or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
- Local to S. Woodham Ferrers
