Delivery Driver – NAPA Auto Parts (Branching Network)

About the Role
As a Delivery Driver with NAPA Auto Parts, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring efficiency across our distribution network. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring timely delivery and collection of goods to predesignated branches on assigned routes
- Reviewing order accuracy before delivery to minimise errors
- Loading and unloading vans safely and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and load products onto vans according to company specifications
- Deliver orders to internal customers on assigned routes
- Maintain ongoing communication with the route dispatcher
- Unload goods as per client specifications
- On-site delivery checks: review deliveries with customers to confirm they meet their requirements
- Obtain delivery confirmation from each client
