Description
Duties:
As a Driver, you will work as part of a team responsible for packing, loading, and unloading vans from houses or offices. Your tasks may include moving sofas, boxes, computers, wardrobes, black bags, and other items.
You Will Need To:
- Follow the Foreman's instructions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Pack or wrap items to ensure they remain safe, clean, and secure while optimising space in boxes and the van.
- Unload items into designated locations as directed.
- Collect and dispose of general and construction waste.
Hours:
Shift start times vary and typically fall between 7 am and 9 am. Shifts usually last between 7 and 10 hours. Please note that we cannot provide a specific finish time, as job durations can vary.
The Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:
- Has some practical experience.
- Maintains a good level of fitness.
- Exhibits excellent handling, packing, and loading abilities.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is punctual and reliable.
- Is hardworking and a committed team player.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude.
