We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Drivers Mates to join us at our site in Gloucester. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends off!

We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.38 with additional shift allowances available. In addition, we offer 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits including ongoing learning through the XPO University.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
- Delivering goods as part of a 2-person crew
- Your daily start time will be between 06:00 and 08:00
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Previous installation experience would be advantageous
- Category B driving licence
- Be flexible regarding finish times
- Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of Office equipment would also be of advantage
