The Vehicle Hire Division at SIXT Van & Truck hires a range of light commercial vehicles to corporate clients, public sector organisations, and medium-sized enterprises. As a Driver/Valeter, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring vehicles are delivered immaculate and fostering exceptional service to maintain a premium customer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our fleet while streamlining operations to deliver a seamless service to customers. Join us in driving excellence—literally!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain pristine presentation for customers
- Complete necessary handover paperwork to facilitate smooth transitions
- Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between depots, ensuring punctuality
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon collection and return, reporting and documenting issues
- Confirm any damage to customers, securing signed documentation and notifying management
- Assist in refueling, supporting efficient depot operations
- Represent the SIXT brand with consistently outstanding customer service

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Adaptability: Excel in a dynamic environment, thrive under pressure, and function both independently and collaboratively

- Communication: Build rapport with customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift rotations, covering all operating hours
- Valid Driving License with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience
