This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in detail, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and wants to be part of a professional, high-performance motorcycle environment.
Earnings
£26,525 basic salary with total earnings up to £27,425 including achievable performance bonus
Working Pattern
40-hour working week Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm. Overtime may be required outside of contractual hours to support operational needs.
About The Valeter / Driver Role
As part of our Motorrad team, you’ll be responsible for preparing, cleaning and presenting motorcycles and customer vehicles to an exceptional standard. You’ll also support the movement of bikes on and off site, ensuring safe, efficient and professional handovers.
You’ll work closely with sales, service and aftersales, helping maintain the smooth running of the centre and contributing to an outstanding customer experience often creating that all-important first impression.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Vehicle presentation: Valeting and detailing motorcycles and customer vehicles to a high standard
- Bike & vehicle movement: Safely transporting motorcycles around the site and to external locations when required
- Team support: Ensuring bikes are ready when needed, including occasional overtime during busy periods
