Stevenswood is a dedicated supplier of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors, glass, conservatories, and accessories, catering to both trade professionals and homeowners.
New Role: Driver/Warehouse Assistant
We are now looking to add a Driver/Warehouse Assistant to the team at our Chester trade counter.
Responsibilities
- Unloading and delivering products in the local area
- Helping to unload stock at customer sites
- Building great relationships with customers
Key Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone
- Greet customers
- Full responsibility of our branch showroom and warehouse

Skills and Experience
- Previous delivery experience (3.5T vans) and heavy loading/unloading of Windows and Doors with knowledge of the geographical area
- Able to lift large and heavy products
- Valid Driving licence (Essential)
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys being with people
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Familiar with stock control, order picking
- Basic computer literacy for stock checks, scanning of POD's and reporting any shortages to the relevant factories
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both their team, line manager and customers
- The ability to collaborate and cooperate with others in their small close knit team
