TMWI is an award-winning, independent full-service agency working with leading UK retailers and household-name brands. We're looking for a commercially minded TV Planner & Buyer with hands-on DRTV experience to plan, negotiate, buy and optimise response-driven TV campaigns for our clients. This freelance opportunity offers flexibility and hybrid / remote working.

Who we are

Our values shape how we work, how we grow, and how we deliver for our clients. For this role, two of our company values come to life everyday:

  • Curiosity with Courage – We question the data, challenge “what’s always been done”, and aren’t afraid to test bold ideas. We believe experiments beat safe assumptions every time.
  • Imagination with Intent – Creative thinking matters, but only when it's tied to a client outcome. We bring fresh ideas to targeting, copy and creative strategy, and connect ideas back to ROI, efficiency and the client's objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
