Dry Cleaning Hub Manager (Bellshill)

Area Manager: Rab McLean

Salary: £29,640 p/a

Job Purpose

To effectively manage the Dry Cleaning Hub branch. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy, to ensure an excellent service is provided to the receiver branches and promote a positive working environment for the hub employees. As hub manager you should always be looking to maximise both the sales and the profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure high standards are always maintained including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock management, including stockholding, ordering, usage, and organization. Administration, training, and daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Promote excellent customer service to all the receivers from all colleagues, including regular contact with receivers regarding any issues regarding problems with garments or admin.
  • Make sure that the hub runs with the correct hours to offer the Next day service for the receivers.
  • Help resolve and give the best advice to all receivers regarding complaints.
  • Ensure that regular quality control checks are carried out and reflects the standard set in the training manuals.
  • Ensure the security of premises, stock, fittings, and machinery.
  • Carry out branch stocktaking.
  • Carry out daily and weekly administration.
  • Mentor and provide support and training for all your staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hub opening and closing times.
  • Ensure all colleagues adhere to the company operating procedures.
  • Ensure all colleagues wear the company uniform.
  • Effectively manage all colleagues to ensure a happy and efficient service.

Experience

Full training provided in becoming competent in providing all the services within a Hub Branch and demonstrate the ability to carry out people management.
