Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Dry Stack Operative at Trafalgar Wharf, located in Portsmouth Harbour.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction and must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • A "can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems

A knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given. A full UK driving licence is essential.

You will be working as per a duty rota that consists of 4 days on and 2 days off. This will include some weekends and bank holidays with shifts operated on seasonalised hours. Winter hours are 8 hours a day (1st October to 31st March). Summer hours are 9 hours a day (1st April to 30th September).
