Site Manager – Drylining & SFS | RDK Drylining Ltd
RDK Drylining Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team delivering residential, commercial and industrial drylining projects across the UK.
We work with main contractors and developers on projects ranging from apartment schemes to large industrial facilities, including White Wall systems, metal stud partitions, shaftwall systems, MF ceilings, fire-rated systems and acoustic installations.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day drylining operations on site.
- Leading labour and subcontract teams.
- Coordinating materials, programme and quality.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Driving projects to successful completion.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing drylining projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and industrial drylining systems.
- Experience with White Wall systems is desirable.
- SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
