DTC Growth Manager
Greater London
£50,000-£55,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a premium food business with a portfolio of well-established, health-focused brands to recruit a DTC Manager.
This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands how to grow an online consumer business. Rather than managing the technical aspects of a website, you'll be responsible for increasing sales by improving the customer journey, driving conversion, increasing average order value, and building customer loyalty.
Working closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams, you'll develop and execute initiatives that improve acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, using data and customer insight to inform decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of the DTC channel, delivering sales and growth targets.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve conversion, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan and deliver promotional campaigns, product launches, and trading activity across the website.
- Work closely with the CRM and Marketing teams to optimise customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Analyse website, customer, and campaign performance using platforms such as Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey through testing, merchandising, and optimisation.
- Manage the relationship with external web development partners, prioritising enhancements that deliver commercial impact.
- Support the ongoing development of loyalty, subscription, and retention programmes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Play a key role in supporting future international DTC expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
