DTC Manager
DTC Manager – Digital Marketing Team
This is a critical and dynamic role focused on driving the growth and performance of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel through best-in-class e-commerce execution, digital acquisition, and customer journey optimisation.
About the Role
You will develop and execute a data-led DTC strategy across multiple brand websites and platforms while aligning with broader commercial and brand goals. Additionally, you’ll manage daily performance marketing and e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless coordination with stock, promotions, and business priorities.

Our portfolio spans UK and international retail, along with a family of DTC stores, ensuring pet lovers have endless ways to care for their furry, scaly, or feathery friends.
Key Responsibilities
(Reporting to the Digital Controller)
Digital Performance & Acquisition
- Lead execution of "always-on" paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Drive revenue growth through social commerce, including TikTok Shop.
- Manage and scale affiliate marketing programmes to expand reach and revenue.
- Implement structured A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

E-commerce Operations
- Own and optimise daily DTC platform management (Shopify / WooCommerce), including:
- Product listings
- Pricing accuracy
- Promotional execution
- Execute the promotional calendar across websites, email, and paid media.
- Improve conversion and retention by optimising the full end-to-end customer journey.
Commercial Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key commercial KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate).
- Manage the digital marketing budget, reallocating spend to maximise ROI.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders based on performance data.
Cross-Functional Working
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to align:
- Stock availability
- Fulfillment processes
- Promotional timing
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Build capability within the DTC channel and embed best-in-class operational practices.
Requirements
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:
- 3+ years’ experience in DTC e-commerce and digital acquisition.
- Hands-on expertise in managing:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Experience with social commerce (preferably including TikTok Shop).
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programmes.
- Exceptional analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management expertise.
- Past experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
