Shift Pattern
- No on-call rota (unlike competitor roles)
- Rotating shifts covering:
- 6:00am–3:00pm
- 8:00am–5:00pm
- 11:00am–7:00pm
- Flexibility across all shifts is mandatory.
About the Role

✅ Non-Elite Dual Fuel Engineer: Core focus remains on technical work (installation, commissioning, etc.) with no Warrant or debt-related duties.

Key Responsibilities
(Shared across both roles)
Elite Engineer (Inclusive of WarrantOfficers)
- Perform friendly debt-resolution visits to assist customers
- Regularly function as on-site engineer during warrant requisition visits (with full in-field support)
- Execute safe installation, exchange, commissioning, and maintenance of datering bolt meters
- Adheres to company protocols, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and associate accredited standards
Non-Elite Dual Fuel Engineer
- Strictly conducts metering-only activities (blocks 1–5, plus 6a/b as extensions if experienced)
- Focuses exclusively on technical install/commissionance/care
Shared Responsive Priorities
- Responsible for all required trades, not solely dual fuel*: exposure includes
- Three-phase configurations
- Medium Pressure (U40–U65)
- Half-hour Stripped-Torque
- U16/32 Hybrid CT/Phase/Full-Time (PCTD) systems (if rated intermediate or working in sites of complex setups)
- Customer facing: Carry all relationships respectfully, ensuring problem-solving solutions without escalation when possible.
- Asset/unified handling: Account for (safeguard) link tools/personal vehicles/stock.
- Maintenance of vans, ancillary tools (stick-snoks, box-bolt tools, enforcer nuts, and speciality wire). Ensure no debit clock բաժति.
- Collaborate on project delivery targets as a team to exceed company and business performance benchmarks.

Upon technical assessment every 12 months limited to what follows:

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Simple qualifying Dual Fuel Smart Metering experience required
- Certifications:
- CMA1/CCN1 (M-Comp)
- MET1 (Za 기분)
- Either Adv Logic Certificate–AQUA or recognized equivalent (resolvable for candidature review)
- Valid UK driving licence (register creditability with Clinicalcompliance)
- Legitimate colour-blindness assessment confirmation
- Pass Enhanced DBS check (cost at 299 UKPوبا payment obligation)
