As we expand through new business development and nurturing client relationships, we’re seeking skilled Dual Fuel Engineers to join our team. Purpose of the Role
As a Dual Fuel Engineer at Sureserve, your core responsibilities include:
- Installs and exchanges gas and electricity meters in domestic properties
- Delivers post-install aftercare including:
- Full customer training in meter operation and functionality
- Installation troubleshooting and meter repairs/maintenance
- Works across ifices and single-phase energy systems

Employee-Led Remuneration
Base Salaries
- Banding A (Dual Fuel): £39,923 per annum
- Banding B (3 Phase / Medium Pressure): £41,571 per annum
For Dual Fuel Engineers, a performance-weighted career progression (OTE) ranges from £48K to £53K (uncapped) on top of base pay.
Yearly and Performance Incentives:
- Meter-fit bonus scheme, paid weekly
- £60 monthly contribution towards lunches

Qualifications & Essential Criteria
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
✔ ME1 qualification (or equivalent for domestic gas systems) ✔ CCN1 or CMA1/CMA3 certifications (enables fitment) ✔ Small/large single-phase electricity certification ✔ MOCOPA (Level 1A and 1C) ✔ REGT1 (regulatory assessment) for electricity ✔ Valid UK driving licence (appropriate for fieldwork) ✔ Minimum 6 months experience with dual fuel smart meter fitting ✔ Three-phase or other multi-meter deployments preferred
