About the Role
Job Title: Dual Fuel Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Deep in the heart of current energy market evolution, you’ll become an expert in something imperative: dual gas & electricity installation. Your regular tasks include:
- Sourcing materials and delivering plumbing/gas services in line with COMAH and HPRG standards.
- On-site testing against The Gas Regulations 1998 to ensure safety.
- Set your own pace (but within the cap of £260 daily earnings at a flat rate of £19/hr plus a gearing payment plus VAT).
- Oversee installations with a environmentally responsible yet cost-effective approach.
Ensuring Safety & Compliance
The good news? You won’t work alone. We collaborate with your team, management, and regulatory bodies to upkeep the highest safety standards.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- At least 12 months of Dual Fuel experience within the past 12 months.
- Current or upcoming Gateway qualifications:
- CCN1 / CMA1 → Installing small appliances (soap pump/pattern adjusted handgas).
- 3 & MET1 → Core knowledge for MOT testing authorisation (with 6 months+ remaining on your certificate).
- Fully-trained and licensed with a full UK driving license (including professional dishes).
